This session will cover two topics in the one webinar.

Certificates and Statements of attainment are commonly set up in an RTOs Student Management System and not often reviewed. Angela estimates that 80% of the qualifications she reviews in audits are non-compliant. As these are often presented to other RTOs as evidence for credit transfer and hang proudly on walls in offices and homes, it is important that these are not overlooked in the administrative review of your RTO.

The success of an audit relies on the recordkeeping practices of the RTO. You need to know what information needs to be retained, where it is stored and what to review in your recordkeeping practices to ensure compliance.

Join Angela for this 90-minute webinar, where 15 minutes will be dedicated to answering your questions, as she guides you through what to look for to check that your qualifications, issuance processes and recordkeeping practices are compliant. Participants will also be provided with supportive resources to assist back in the workplace.

Angela McGregor is the owner and principal consultant of RTO Consulting who has been offering consulting services throughout Australia, providing guidance, coaching and assistance to businesses wanting to become a RTO, existing RTOs and businesses wanting to develop nationally accredited courses and those looking to establish systems and processes to ensure compliance.
