Your Way: Shifting Your Training and Facilitation Online

This 1 hour webinar is from our  suite of Your Way offerings.

It is ready to be presented to your staff, at a time that suit you! Need more information? Simply fill out our enquiry form below for a quote.

Trainers comfortable with applying a range of training and facilitation techniques in  face to face learning presentations and activities are well placed to adapt to facilitation in virtual classrooms for both VET and HE course delivery.

Awareness of the absence of usual cues – body language, posture, eye contact, attitude – requires strategies to monitor, build and sustain engagement – supports that adaption to ensure a mix of knowledge and participative learning experiences.

In this webinar, we’ll explore a range of approaches to facilitating activities including brainstorming, scenarios, problem solving, instruction, student presentations and peer feedback, role play, and utilising guest speakers.

Key topics covered

  • Strategies to keep students connected and contributing to activities in a virtual classroom.
