How we give assessment feedback may make the difference between continuous improvement, stagnation, or attrition. 

This session is to support industry trainers and assessors in providing quality formative and summative feedback to assist learners in making a difference in their studies and for their chosen industry.  

Having used and developed proven strategies for providing feedback, John will introduce and touch on mechanisms of notetaking, including verbal and non-verbal strategies, theoretical and skills-based instruments, templates, rubrics and summative evaluation techniques.
