As trainers and assessors, we are familiar with the unit TAEASS401 Plan assessment activities and processes.

It defines the skills and knowledge required to plan an assessment strategy. It applies to individuals with assessment planning responsibilities. These responsibilities include identifying components of assessment tools, analysing and interpreting assessment tools, and developing assessment instruments and assessment plans.To ensure that our assessment suits the specific needs of learners, the assessment ‘planner’ should determine the appropriate assessment approach/es and incorporate these into their plan (including modification and contextualisation of the assessment activities and processes as required).
