In December, Velg Training and MRWED are working together once again to provide VET practitioners with the opportunity to participate in affordable, quality, professional development.

We're excited to announce that we're expanding our existing TAE PD Week offering, to include the wider VET workforce (to support the PD requirements for all staff)

Whether you're a CEO, senior, operational or compliance manager, administrator, student support officer, trainer or assessor, this week has something for you!

RTOs now need to consider how they will support all staff to continuously develop their skills and experience (not just trainers and assessors)

The webinars that make up this special event have been developed by industry experts to ensure that the content of each session compliments existing knowledge and skills.  

They are intended to help "facilitate access to continuing professional development opportunities to enable staff of the organisation to effectively perform their role"

MRWED facilitated sessions will focus specifically on trainer and assessor capability, maintaining current skills and knowledge in training and assessment (including leveraging AI).  

Velg Training facilitated sessions will explore PD for other staff within the RTO that is directly related to their roles/responsibilities.
