Master Mentoring: Creating Engaging Learning

28 June 2022
Recording of Zoom Meeting

Please note: This third session in our Master Mentoring  program has now occurred. However you can still purchase the recording independently or as part of the bundle.

Overview:

In a world where we are increasingly competing for the attention of our audience, learner engagement has never been more important!

So, how do we keep students interested and participating in our training?

Using a participant-centered approach, this session examines how trainers can use involvement, interaction and collaboration to maximise learning outcomes and help learners to stay focused and ‘present’ in training.

It will also explore specific examples aimed at boosting interactivity and will share innovative techniques for reinforcing key content, through the use of object lessons and props.

Key topics/outcomes from in this webinar:

  • How participant-centered training can be used to drive engagement
  • Identify the building blocks for creating engaging learning both online and offline
  • The importance of C.O.R.E. (Closers, Openers, Revisiters and Energisers)
  • Exploring 12 C.O.R.E. examples that can be applied to boost interaction
  • How to implement object lessons to powerfully reinforce key training messages
  • Identifying props that can be used to effectively anchor content
