Claire Field, Principal - Claire Field & Associates

2023 IEAA Excellence in Professional Commentary Award Winner

Claire is the Principal of Claire Field and Associates, a consultancy practice offering strategic advice across VET, international education, higher education and EdTech.

Claire previously held senior positions in the NSW and Australian governments, as well as in TAFE NSW and Mission Australia. She also served as the CEO of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training.

Claire is a member of the Australian government’s Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Advisory Group and in 2023 was awarded the IEAA Excellence in Professional Commentary Award. Claire is the host of the ‘What now? What next? Insights into Australia’s tertiary education sector’ podcast, and is undertaking a PhD at Torrens University writing the history of the university’s first 10 years.

Paul is the founder and Managing Director of Accellier Education, an RTO with over a decade of service to and success in Australia's VET sector including the delivery of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  Accellier education provides a variety of services to a range of industries, government and defence sectors. 

Paul is a self-confessed nerd with a software and digital media background. He loves crafting streamlined, highly automated business systems using tech, freeing his RTO team to do what they do best; serve clients with a delightful course experience.
