Master Mentoring: Managing the Learning Experience

Overview: 

Great content is really important but, helping learners to make the necessary connections to this content is even more critical!

Often, if we are unable to manage time, space, resources and learner interactions and behaviours effectively, the ‘connections’ to the content can be lost.

This session focuses specifically on supporting trainers to better manage these different variables to create a more successful and enjoyable learning experience for students.

• Identify key techniques to manage space more effectively within a face-to-face training environment
• Apply simple time management tools within training
