Overview

This Creative Training Techniques™ webinar is designed to free participants from boring and unproductive online training sessions and unlock the true potential of every group.

It will explain how to setup your virtual training for success using three critical learning models and will highlight the key building blocks needed to develop your own creative training.

Finally, it will share the five FUNdamental principles of participant-centered learning and will provide more than a dozen strategies for unlocking the engagement of your online audience.

Key topics/outcomes from in this webinar: 

  •  Identify the benefits of using Creative Training Techniques to support online learning
  • Describe how to use the learning models of CIO, CPR and EAT to underpin online training
  • Discuss the key building blocks for developing creative training techniques when presenting online
  • Identify the five (5) FUNdamentals of participant-centered learning
  • Explain how to apply the FUNdamentals in your own training
  • Discuss more than twelve (12) strategies to promote audience engagement.

Marc Ratcliffe

Marc Ratcliffe is a multi-award-winning trainer, author and education entrepreneur. He is the CEO and founder of MRWED Training and Assessment, a private RTO that specialises in Trainer Training. He is a strong advocate for "edu-tainment" and believes that learner involvement and fun are integral to student success.  He has delivered over 300 training and assessment courses since 2000 and continues to be an in-demand conference speaker and workshop facilitator, having presented at more than 50 conferences in a dozen countries in the past decade and was recently named as the winner of the “Best Training and Development Leadership” Award for 2017 at the World Training and Development Congress in Mumbai.
