About this Webinar

The role of the facilitator is to plan, guide, and manage a group of learners to ensure that all their objectives are met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation, and maximum buy-in from everyone involved. However, the ideal function and the reality of implementation may be quite different as facilitators navigate their practice in complex environments with learners with equally complex needs. 

There is no doubt that a good trainer can have a profound impact on the success of their learners. This webinar is therefore focused on identifying the elements for achieving high-level facilitation skills. This includes supporting engagement, developing learner independence, and concentrating on reflective and continuous improvement practices, all within the backdrop of a vocational education and training (VET) context.
