Overview
In the pursuit of excellence in VET, refining awareness of yourself and of our learners is vital. How can we increase our self and social awareness, enabling us to enhance how we manage ourselves and relationships with our learners?
Drawing on the DiSC model, CEO Today Magazine’s Executive Coaching Award Winner for Australasia for 2022 and Influence Digest's #3 coach in Sydney in 2021, Marianne Bateup, will guide you on enhancing your self- and social awareness, supporting your self- and your learners’ motivation, as well as stress management.
Marianne will hone in on how to identify your learners’ personalities to arm you with the insights to create a safe and motivating space for yourself and your learners.
You will learn how enhanced awareness and management of motivators and stressors can lead to better outcomes for yourself and your learners, increasing the value placed on the VET sector. The session includes the completion of a freely available online DiSC assessment, action item setting for self and engagement with the attendees via polls, hands-up features and the chat.
