Assessment mapping is primarily used to demonstrate the validity of an assessment tool. It matches the assessment with the unit of competency and its assessment requirements.

While the purpose is to ensure validity, often assessment mapping documents are not developed or used appropriately. This webinar focusses on how to design and use mapping documents properly to ensure that tools are designed and implemented to gather valid evidence.
