Overview

Would you like your learners to actively learn from their experiences and gain insights into future possibilities? Would you like to improve your educator toolbox in the area of Reflective Practice?

In this session we will investigate the benefits of Reflective Practice for both educators and learners.

We will consider those who currently offer us insights into our practice and ways we might expand this cohort for a broader awareness. In addition, we will contemplate the way we gain learner feedback to improve both teaching and learning under our watch.

We will review the Reflective Practice strategies we have used throughout our program and provide our community with an array of tools which can be readily implemented.

In conclusion we will use evaluative thinking to plot our journey towards being an improved educator and our immediate plans for the future.

As part of each of our sessions together we will plan forward, looking at possible challenges and ways that we might overcome them using good practice. Bring your challenges along to the session and we will think of possibilities together.

We will complete our session with an innovative opportunity for Reflective Practice that you can use with your learners and in conclusion answer any burning questions you may have!
