Patricia Sweeney Fawcett

With over two decades of dedicated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector across Ireland, the UK, and Australia, Patricia brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum development, leadership, quality assurance, training and assessment, and workforce development. Recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast, Patricia specialises in providing consultancy services to Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), focusing on tender writing, auditing, professional development for trainers and assessors, and curriculum design.

Key Areas of Expertise include:

Training and Assessment: Enhancing the skills and capabilities of trainers and assessors through tailored professional development initiatives.

Curriculum Development: Designing and refining industry relevant training materials and programs to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.

Leadership: Guiding teams and RTOs in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance: Implementing rigorous quality standards and processes to ensure compliance and excellence in delivery.
