With over two decades of dedicated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector across Ireland, the UK, and Australia, Patricia brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum development, leadership, quality assurance, training and assessment, and workforce development. Recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast, Patricia specialise in providing consultancy services to Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), focusing on tender writing, auditing, professional development for trainers and assessors, and curriculum design.

Training and Assessment: Enhancing the skills and capabilities of trainers and assessors through tailored professional development initiatives.

Curriculum Development: Designing and refining industry relevant training materials and programs to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
