Your Certificate of Completion is issued from (and accessible through) the Thinkific Platform immediately upon completion.

It will define the concept, explore current practices, identify challenges and highlight success stories. It will then delve into the principles and building blocks for a culture of continuous improvement, including staff development, feedback mechanisms, and simple yet effective implementation strategies.
Once you're enrolled, you have 90 days to complete your MLB Recording via our LMS platform - Thinkific.
You will be sent a confirmation link via email (just like any other Velg Training event) and this link will connect you to the Thinkific platform. You simply need to input your username and create a password.
Once logged into Thinkific, your MLB recording will be visible on the dashboard
This asynchronous PD activity won't appear in your VET PD profile - but your Certificate of Completion is issued instantly upon completion of the course.
The 'Date Issued' on your Certificate is recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). For local Australian time, please add the relevant time offset (e.g., +9.5 hours for ACST)
