It's Time for New Educators to Become Masters of Their Own Success!

Supporting educators in their first years, is crucial for their success.  They need to begin their careers as trainers with confidence, focused and well-organised learning sessions, and feel connected to learners. Many, however, feel unsupported, unsure, and disconnected in their role.

So, how can we support them, cultivate growth, and provide opportunities for deeper connection?

We are proud to be working with Kay Schlesinger who has designed a unique program (comprising 8 x 90 minute sessions) that further develop teaching and learning capabilities.

Master Mentoring: Community of New Educators (CONE) focuses on the nurturing of our newest educators and the development of a learning community to support them whilst also providing a toolbox of essential skills, and a community to share learning experiences with. 

What is Master Mentoring and what's included exactly?

The Master Mentoring program is a comprehensive series designed to delve that little bit deeper into targeted topics and to provide real-world guidance and advice that is meaningful. Each webinar in the series includes supportive resources.

And one of the best parts is that you can pick and choose sessions that align with your needs or bundle all 8 to save!
