Please note that the revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations were publicly released on 1 October 2024 and will come into full regulatory effect from 1 July 2025.
The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 will continue to apply until then.
This template is based on, and refers to, the requirements for the current regulatory environment.
An important part of the student enrolment process for many RTOs is the recording of the agreement by a student to participate in a program according to the RTO's Code of Conduct.
This form provides a sample Code of Conduct as an editable Word document that can be customised by your RTO to reflect your practices, and includes a section for students to sign their agreement.
