Please note that the revised Standards for Registered Training Organisations were publicly released on 1 October 2024 and will come into full regulatory effect from 1 July 2025.

The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 will continue to apply until then.

This webinar recording refers to, and is based on, the requirements for the current regulatory environment.

How can we deliver the most effective leadership possible where a team member retains and applies behaviour going forward? 

Drawing on the 70-20-10 model for learning and development, Influence Digest's #3 coach in Sydney in 2021, Marianne Bateup, guided attendees on how to integrate coaching conversations to complement, bolster, and embed training, learning, and growth. 

Marianne honed in on how to master the 20% of developmental relationships in order to arm attendees with the skills to create a holistic learning experience for your staff.

Along with coaching skills, Marianne has extensive background working across a range of senior functions.

With more than 20 years in large-, medium- and small-sized organisations in Asia, Australia, Europe, South America and the United States of America, she has a broad experience in a range of sectors, including automotive, construction, education & training, financial, government, landscaping & forestry, marketing, media, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical, professional services, small businesses, and transport.
