The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 will continue to apply until then.

Focusing on improving Emotional and Social Intelligence, participants gained insights to navigate cultural interactions, enhance communication skills, and build stronger, respectful relationships.

Introduction to Communication Intelligence:

  • Understood the critical role of how communication intelligence, cultural nuances, and global diversity played significant roles in education. Communicated effectively (C forward: Culture, Context, Connection, Checking, Core skills, Concluding).

Active Listening:

  • Practiced the art of active listening to better understand needs and preferences. Cleared the MUD (Misunderstandings, Uncertainties, Doubts). Developed effective listening skills that transcended language barriers.

Non-Verbal Communication:

  • Delved into the world of non-verbal cues and gestures, crucial for decoding client sentiment and establishing rapport.

Emotional Intelligence in Communication:

  • Explored the concept of EI and its relevance in cross-cultural interactions. Understood how self-awareness could control emotions effectively. Developed social awareness to adapt communication styles.

Cross-Cultural Communication Mastery:

  • Recognised and appreciated cultural differences to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts. Aligned communication approaches with cultural acceptance. Explored strategies for successful negotiations and resolving conflict constructively.
