She highlighted the assessment practices that were no longer acceptable and provided you with the skills to undertake quality assessment reviews that accurately identified necessary improvements.

You viewed your assessments through the eyes of an auditor to reduce the likelihood of conducting assessments using non-compliant tools and practices.
