The ATP Team had an incredible time at the conference, and hope that you all did as well.

Australian Training Products is the result of a merger between IBSA Commercial and Futura Group in 2017 and has continued to prosper under the vision: engage in knowledge, build careers.Providing senior secondary school students with the opportunity to engage in job-specific technical training while still at school (through a vocational education and training in schools program) – is an integral part of today’s secondary school curriculum. It adds significant value to the lives and education of Australia’s youth, and in turn creates a boost to the jobs and economic development of the country.

To help support Australia’s youth and the country’s future prosperity, Australian Training Products has launched their offer tailor made for Australian high schools, with specialised tourism, hospitality, business services, and retail training resources now available.

The National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) reports show that the most popular vocational courses for school students in the last decade were tourism, travel and hospitality, and business services. In 2017 there were 242,100 senior students in Australia undertaking at least one vocational subject as part of their schooling.

Australian Training Products Executive General Manager Claire Field commented:

We are committed to helping young people with a passion for hands-on learning and technical know how to achieve their dreams. The world is changing rapidly. Australia Training Products is supporting learners to change too, by ensuring they have the practical skills needed for a future focussed career.”

Australian Training Products is committed to helping people build their careers and supporting them in enhancing their knowledge. Encouraging the growth of vocational education and training (VET) in schools programs is another example of this commitment.
