The Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS) is one of the most important documents an RTO can have.  It outlines exactly how the business will deliver and assess its programs, and guides all aspects of delivery, assessment, industry engagement, monitoring and validation.

Not only is the TAS the overall roadmap for RTO assessment operations, it is a requirement under Clause 1.1-1.4 of the Standards for RTOs 2015 that every RTO has an effective TAS in place for all training products on scope.
