Members Survey - Insights Revealed

A BIG thank you to all who participated in our recent Members Survey – your feedback is essential to the success of our Membership program and helps shape our benefits and services moving forward.  We are committed to being as responsive as possible to our Members and greatly value the insights and suggestions you provide.

We wanted to take this opportunity to share some of our findings with you.  

It was incredible to see that 88% of members are either very satisfied or satisfied with their membership. This result lends towards an incredibly high retention rate, with 89% of members either very likely or likely to renew!

Once again, complimentary professional development came through as the most valued benefit of our membership, with our Members Newsletter and access to free resources and templates also proving to be valuable.

More importantly, we asked what you would like to see added to the membership program. Your suggestions allow us to take a step back, understand your pain points, highlight areas we should focus on, and reflect on our offerings. So, we just wanted to say ‘WATCH THIS SPACE!’ as we work on enhancing our offerings to reflect your suggestions.

However, we also noticed several suggestions that we have already taken actionable steps to develop and deliver: 

• We have increased the number of free webinars we offer members each year from 10 to 12 in our Members Lunch Box series. This adds a further $110 of complimentary professional development to your membership.
• We have launched the ability to issue a Certificate of Completion to members who view the recordings of Member Lunch Box webinars in our Knowledge Hub. Therefore, your membership now grants you the ability to demonstrate your VET currency based on past MLB webinars.
• To ensure the discounts on our webinars remain competitive for members, our last two price increases have not had an impact on members' pricing, rather these have only been extended to non-members.
• We offer a selection of previously run webinars at a discounted price through our products page.
• We now have a special Administrator Toolbox for Corporate and Corporate Plus administrators, to help them with staff engagement in the membership program

As a direct result of your feedback we have refreshed and updated our FAQs section to ensure you can maximise the value of your membership. We have included information on:

• How to manage your contact details and email preferences
• Where to find our free PD
• Where to locate your membership certificate
• How to access your past PD records
