Complaints Data on VET Student Loans
The eleventh quarterly update on VET Student Loans has been released by the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman. The update covers the activity quarter of 1 January - 31 March 2020. In brief, the update covers:
- response of Commonwealth Ombudsman service to COVID-19 pandemic
- statistical data on complaints received, finalised and open for the VET FEE-HELP scheme and VET Student Loans program
- comparisons of complaint data for the period against previous quarters
- provider statistics for VET FEE-HELP complaints.
