Free eLearning for RTOs - Supporting Students with Disability in VET

Program 1 – VET Staff Supporting Students with Disability, is designed specifically for staff who work in the VET Sector and focuses on promoting awareness about the rights of students with disability, the needs and requirements of students, and responsibilities of registered training organisations.

Program 2 – VET Educators Supporting Students with Disability is designed specifically for VET Educators and focuses on promoting a range of practices such as universal design for learning and reasonable adjustments, to support the development and implementation of inclusive delivery and assessment strategies, responsive to the needs and requirements of students with disability.

SCORM files of these programs are available for download and embedding into organisational Learning Management Systems for free.

Downloading these SCORM files will enable organisations to monitor the professional development of staff in relation to building their confidence in communicating and interacting with people with disability.

The Supporting Students with Disability in VET eLearning programs were developed by the National Disability Coordinator Officer (NDCO) Program and the Australian Disability Clearinghouse on Education and Training (ADCET).
