2017 Qld Schools VET Conference: registrations closing soon!

Velg Training is once again excited to announce the annual QLD Schools VET Conference on the 4th August 2017 at the Brisbane Convention Centre.

The Conference will bring together both leading experts and industry bodies to educate, empower and inspire VET practitioners from QLD schools. It caters for both:

• Schools that are RTOs; and
• those Schools that partner with other organisations to deliver VET to their students.

NB: This event is a pre-approved professional development opportunity offering 25 Right Way Professional Development Points.

PROGRAM

Join us for the must-see plenary session from QCAA (providing their latest update) and later in the day, the ATAR update in the QTAC session.

Breakout Sessions are divided into two streams of learning with content developed under the themes: Compliance and Funding, Frameworks and Futures.

This event will provide opportunities for:

• VET currency activities for VET Teachers
• Both compliance non-compliance related PD for RTO Managers/VET Coordinators
• Broader information and learning sessions for Principals, Deputy Principals, Heads of Senior Schooling and VET Coordinators – decision makers that influence how your school offers vocational education opportunities to your students.
