VET Quality Reform - Skills Reform Survey Closing Soon! image

The Department of Education, Skills and Employment are currently undergoing a Skills Reform Consultation process which focuses on the following areas:

  • improving VET qualifications, and
  • raising the quality of training.

This consultation process currently addresses the above areas through two feedback periods specifically focused across:

Whilst the feedback process for Improving industry engagement and qualifications closed on 1 March 2021, a range of surveys that support Raising the Quality of Training remains open until 9am (AEDT), 15th March 2021!

Whether you’re an employer, employee, business owner, learner, apprentice, job seeker, peak body, union, employer association or Registered Training Organisation (RTO), you will likely have experience with the vocational education and training (VET) sector.

The Department of Education, Skills and Employment, therefore, would like to hear the views of all stakeholders in the system.  From RTOs, employers, trainers and assessors, to learners and their parents and carers, to schools and universities.  All participants in the VET sector are welcome to provide feedback which will help to shape these important reform measures and ensure changes to the system reflect the needs of the VET sector and its users.

Below is a list of the surveys which are currently open for your feedback:
