Constructing the Essential Building Blocks for Effective Educators

In our second session of the amazing New Educators Master Mentoring program, we will focus on the skill of giving clear instructions.

This seems easy…  but can be the thing that brings new educators undone. 

Together we will try some strategies to give you confidence in this important area.  We will explore the art of planning and running an interesting group discussion that avoids the dreaded silence!

Together we will investigate ways to read the room and gauge learner interest and activity. This way you can ensure that your learners stay in the learning zone and not get sidetracked.

As part of each of our sessions together we will plan forward, looking at possible challenges and ways that we might overcome them using good practice.

We will complete our session with an innovative opportunity for Reflective Practice that you can use with your learners and in conclusion answer any burning questions you may have!
