Transitioning AAPathways Accounts

The Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeships Information Service (AATIS) is in the process of transitioning information provision to the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations prior to closure in December 2023.

The AAPathways website will be closed by December 2023, including My Pathways Hub and Service Provider accounts.

My Pathways Hub accounts allow users to save quiz results and their favourite Job and Training Descriptions.

My Pathways Hub accounts will be closed by December 2023.

Information stored in accounts includes information provided as part of the signup process, along with saved quiz results and favourite Job and Training Descriptions. No additional user activity or information is collected or stored.

All user account information, including user names, will be permanently deleted.

The resources available in the My Pathways Hub account can be found on Australian Government websites:

• Job and Training Descriptions are available from the National Career Institute’s Your Career website and will be augmented from December to include additional apprenticeship filters.
• Career Interest explorer is also available from National Career Institute’s Your Career website.
• Literacy and Numeracy Quizzes are available from the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations’ Apprenticeships website.
• Australian Apprenticeship Readiness Quiz is also available from the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations’ Apprenticeships website.

We recommend visiting the Your Career and Apprenticeships.gov.au website to use resources for career research and Australian Apprenticeships.

AAPathways service provider listings and accounts will be closed when the site shuts in December 2023. Providers will no longer be able to access their account.

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations’ Apprenticeships.gov.au website has a new search function for Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) providers and Group Training Organisations, including pre-apprenticeships listings. The provider search and pre-apprenticeships listings on Apprenticeships.gov.au are automatically updated on a regular basis.

You can visit the search function to find your organisation’s provider and pre-apprenticeships listings using the ‘Who to contact’ tab at the top of the Apprenticehips.gov.au website.

If you have feedback regarding your listing on the new website, please click the ‘Email us with your feedback' link at the bottom of the page.

Information in service provider accounts includes information provided as part of the signup process, along with information entered into the service provider listing. No additional user activity or information is collected or stored.

Users who are linked to service provider accounts will have their accounts permanently deleted.

All pre-apprenticeship listings will be removed when the AAPathways website is closed in December 2023. Providers do not need to make any changes to their accounts for their listings to be removed.
