Draft Industry Skills Australia 2024 Workforce Plans are Now Available for Comment
Industry Skills Australia's draft 2024 Workforce Plans are now available for comment!
Industries are rapidly evolving in response to digital transformation and automation, Australia’s shift to net zero, and the need to build Australia’s supply chain resilience.
Each Workforce Plan sets out the challenges and opportunities facing the industry and the implications for jobs and skills. Importantly, the Workforce Plans serve as a roadmap for the future by identifying what industry, the national skills system and governments need to do to build an agile, highly productive and resilient workforce.
Industry Skills Australia now need to hear your views on whether these Plans capture the challenges you face, whether there needs to be any further research, and any other feedback you might have.
A five-minute form makes the feedback process simple and quick. All responses remain confidential.
