Sometimes we ‘cringe’ when we see Easter promotions immediately after Christmas. We know we have ‘heaps of time’ to get the Easter eggs or hot cross buns before Easter Sunday. And, if you are anything like me, you’ll be rushing down to the shops on the Saturday before!

So promoting the opportunity to ‘enjoy’ three years of validation opportunities well before the 1st April 2018 is an opportunity not to be missed.

Join John Price and Kerri Buttery for this not-to-be-missed validation webinar reflecting on:

  • What we should have planned to validate over a five year period starting on the 1st April 2015 (50% of the training products on scope in the first three years and the remaining 50% in the next two years);
  • Why we planned it to happen (based on relative risk);
  • What we did to make it happen (determined the population size of our assessments and selected a statistically validate sample of completed assessments);
  • How we conducted the validation activities (the criteria we used to determine if we agreed on the judgements that had been made); and
  • What we did with the results we obtained (improved our assessment practices).

Of course, we’ll also give you some good tips to make the process more efficient whilst still maintaining the effectiveness of this important quality review of assessment practices.
