According to ASQA: “Complaints about student information, enrolment and marketing are consistently among the top ten categories of complaints about RTOs they receive”... "RTOs need to have rigorous processes in place to monitor and review their marketing and recruitment materials and practices”.

In the current climate of change that many RTOs are facing, the 'how' of training product delivery is at the forefront... although we need to ensure we aren't neglecting other areas of attention.
 
It is important to take a proactive approach to understand the often forgotten marketing and advertising requirements for your RTO and, more importantly, how this aligns with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.
