Are You Ready to Develop YOU?

The last 18 months has had us all feeling 'as lost as Alice and as mad as the Hatter!'

As the end of the financial year draws in, now is the perfect time to just stop for a moment or two and consider your own learning needs.  Being an opportune time to plan and apply for quality professional development, consider the types of activity or event that will maximise your opportunities to learn things that are meaningful to you.

With 'so little time and so much to do' we often forget about ourselves so, we've thought of something that might just help you take that first important step!

We have developed, just for you, a handy form specifically designed to help you describe the professional development activity or activities that you would like to engage or take part in and then apply to those in your organisation who can approve you to do just that.

To help you complete this form we have used our up and coming 2021 National VET Conference as an example of a professional development opportunity to show you how to describe an event to your superiors and showing how the event is a perfect, value for money, investment for you in your role, but also the benefits it brings back to the organisation itself.
