Let's Embrace a Proactive Approach to Administration Compliance

Certificates and Statements of attainment are commonly set up in an RTO's Student Management System and not often reviewed.  During this session Angela McGregor estimates that 80% of the qualifications she reviews in audits are non-compliant. As these are often presented to other RTOs as evidence for credit transfer and hang proudly on walls in offices and homes, it is important that these are not overlooked in the administrative review of your RTO.

The success of an audit relies on the Recordkeeping Practices of the RTO. You need to know what information needs to be retained, where it is stored and what to review in your recordkeeping practices to ensure compliance.
