TAE Training Package Released

Following the endorsement of Version 5.0 of the TAE Training and Education Training Package by Skills Ministers, the training package has been uploaded to the national register and can now be accessed at training.gov.au.

To accompany the release of the training package, PwC’s Skills for Australia has prepared a summary of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), which we encourage you to read and share with your stakeholder networks.  This document includes responses to questions such as:

• What training products have been updated in the recently endorsed version of TAE Training and Education Training Package? 
• Are the 2 newly endorsed qualifications equivalent? 
• What do the newly endorsed qualifications mean for me? 
• Will the usual 1 year teach-out/transition period apply to the superseded TAE training products? 
• Who do I direct my TAE-related queries to after Industry Clusters become responsible for training packages (1 January 2023)?
