We are all very aware that clause 1.8 of the 2015 Standards for RTOs remains one of the most challenging compliance concerns found by ASQA during audit.
The rules of evidence are one of the most fundamental principles of assessment in the VET sector, and while every assessor has covered these in their TAE, far too often these rules are not fully understood or implemented in the real world.
So, how do we get clearer insight beyond simple definitions?
