Only Ten Months to Go!

The first deadline from Clause 1.10 is quickly approaching!

The Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 came into effect for existing RTOs on Wednesday 1 April 2015. 

Clause 1.10 of the legislation for all RTOs regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) states that as a minimum “…each training product is validated at least once every five years, with at least 50% of products validated within the first three years of each five-year cycle…”.

In ten short months, all ASQA RTOs already operating as at Thursday 1 January 2015 must have validation completed for 50% of the training products on their scope of registration.

Time has flown by quickly and for any RTO which is yet to start their systematic validation, this is a timely reminder to get started today!
